As the Head of Talent, you will have a pivotal role in continuing to shape Easyfairs Nordic AB people strategy and culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a trusted partner to the leadership team, driving HR excellence and fostering an environment where talent can thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with Easyfairs Nordic AB mission and business objectives.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Continue to drive and strengthen Easyfairs as a company regarding competence development
• HR Operations: Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that create an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Qualifications

• At least five years HR experience and proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in innovative and growth-driven industries.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and organisational development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and truly interested working with people
• Degree in HR or a related field
