Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Administrator´s primary focus is to manage all AR related tasks at Easyfairs Nordic.
Among Your Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Bank journals and reconciliations
- Maintain support e-mail for external customers
- Manage customer invoice work flows
- Main contact for credit control/debt collector
- Work proactive to improve processes within AR
- Provide ad hoc support internal in the organisation
With a high-quality mindset and approach, you will be part of building an excellent and functional organization, playing a key role in supporting in finance administrational related questions. With your passion and can-do attitude, you will contribute to establishing, developing, and maintaining the AR management at Easyfairs Nordic.
Education/Experience
- A finance/accounting related education
- An excellent hands-on doer who gets things executed and does not mind getting into the details
- Service-minded is your middle name
- Excellent communications skills in written and verbal communication with fluency in English and Swedish
- Shows grit and determination in finding the best solutions
