About the role
As Project & Sales Manager at Easyfairs, you’ll enjoy a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of Comic Con Denmark, ensuring its success at every stage.
In this role you will be responsible for the full event process, including, but not limited to, timeplan, budget and execution of the event together with the Head of Cluster. As a Project & Sales Manager you will plan and manage all content and activities at the show, and support the Event Marketeer with marketing and communication tasks. You will also manage all local sales towards Danish companies and partners, and work together with the existing sales team on international and existing clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for project and budget (together with Head of Cluster)
- Create and manage time plans, sales plans etc.
- Work together with Event Marketeer to plan marketing campaigns and overall communication in owned and bought media channels
- Research and negotiate partnerships and collaboration opportunities
- Manage all local sales, including prospecting and pipeline management
- Responsible for all content and activities at the event
- Make sure that the planning process runs smoothly and all deadlines are kept
- All reporting before and after event – set up weekly meetings etc.
- Business development of the event (together with Head of Cluster)
- Being the main responsible and contact person for the execution of the event on site
Who are you:

We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and proven experience in a similar role. It’s a bonus if you have worked on projects with clear start and end dates, particularly in the event or entertainment industry.
As an informal leader, you inspire and motivate those around you while maintaining a humble and approachable demeanor. You combine this leadership ability with a strong personal drive to achieve results. As a skilled communicator, you know how to engage and energize your team, clients, and partners.
You will also bring a strategic mindset, with a solid understanding of marketing and branding. You recognize the value of nurturing a community and building long-term brand loyalty. Additionally, your curiosity and passion for product and business development allow you to see the bigger picture and drive innovation with a commercial focus.
Fluency in English and Swedish is essential for this role. Proficiency in Danish is a plus, but we highly value candidates with experience working with and towards Danish companies, as well as having a solid understanding of working on the Danish market.

The position is based in Stockholm, but for the right candidate, a placement in Denmark could also be an option. We are open to discussing the location to ensure the best fit for both the role and the individual.
